The first part of the electric car club trial has been launched at East Didsbury Metrolink Park & Ride – an electric car club scheme in collaboration with Enterprise, giving people the option to hire an electric car quickly and easily. e-cargo bikes are available to hire in Chorlton, Whalley Range and Ancoats. The hubs will offer a range of affordable ways to hire electric cargo (e-cargo) bikes and electric car club vehicles. Funded by Interreg North-West Europe, we hope the pilot project will be popular with all sorts of people, and will show how electric cargo bikes and car clubs can help keep Greater Manchester moving safely and sustainably.

We’ve teamed up with Enterprise, so you’ll be able pick up an electric car from one of our eHUBS. If you don’t have access to a car but need to go further afield from time to time, and don’t fancy the expense and inflexibility of standard car rental, joining an electric car club is the smart thing to do.
